Comforts of suite with 2 queen beds were fabulous. The location was particularly good and magnificent, only 5 minutes walk to Pavilion Kuala Lumpur Shopping Centre.

I chose Izumi Hotel Bukit Bintang for its convenient location near Alor Street. The online service team pleasantly surprised me with their dedication to serve. I particularly liked that Alor Street is a favorite after-clubbing dining spot in the Golden Triangle area.

Attended a business conference and this hotel provided the perfect location and amenities. The service was warm and personal, and the wide range of services met the needs of both business and leisure guests. The facilities were well-maintained and the staff were helpful and friendly.

This hotel has a superb location for shopping with a mall just around the corner and excellent dining options nearby. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast has a good variety to choose from. The view from the hotel room is amazing too, with a stunning skyline visible in the distance. we enjoyed the leisure facilities provided such as the karaoke and casino, great options for a fun evening.

The gym was the only let-down, with limited equipment available.

The suite was new-fashioned. Actually everything was good, my next choice again in Kuala Lumpur.
